ACT Nurses’ Day
Arizona Heart Hospital has presented our annual ACT Nurses' Day for the past sixteen years to the clinical community of our state. Nurses from all around Arizona have come to this unique conference for an exciting day of cardiovascular education, networking and an experience unlike any other seminar they've attended. This nurse-oriented seminar, presented by recognized experts in their field, emphasizes the results of ongoing studies and state-of-the-art treatments for cardiovascular diseases. Advanced Cardiac Life Support
The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Provider course is designed for health care providers who either direct or participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of the hospital. The goal of the ACLS provider course is to improve the quality of care provided to the adult victim of a cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergency.
In this course the student will enhance their skills in the treatment of arrest and peri-arrest patients through active participation in a series of simulated cardiac and respiratory cases.
Cost- $125.00 Includes Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification. Payments with credit card must be used with telephone.
This one day class is provided as a refresher update for all health care providers seeking renewal of American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 12789 for 7 contact hours.

This This 6-hour seminar provides Emergency Medical Personnel with up-to-date information on responding to and treating the cardiac patient. Due to space constraints, this course is limited to EMS first responders. A nominal $20 fee will be charged to help cover costs of the day’s production. Payments with credit card must be while registering over the phone. On-site payments must be made in cash.
